Esther Mtsweni

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Esther founded Seziba Technologies in 2015 with a conviction that African organisations deserve world-class, evidence-based decision-making. She leads the company's strategy, product development and research management.

She holds a Master's in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA — her dissertation on radical innovation and organisational renewal was obtained with distinction — alongside a BA in Economics from the University of Pretoria and a Programme in Business Leadership (UNISA).

A recognised voice on regional development and innovation, Esther has addressed the SA Innovation Summit, the Innovation and Technology Management Conference at The Innovation Hub, and the Women in Innovation, Research and Technology Conference in Sandton, among others.
